Sale of the Wealth Management business
Perpetual announces sale of Wealth Management business
As part of a reorganisation ahead of the planned sale, Perpetual Investment Management Limited, the responsible entity of the PWM managed investment schemes, proposes to retire and be replaced by Perpetual Trust Services Limited, another company within the Perpetual Group. Please see the Notice to Unitholders, including the Explanatory Memorandum, for further information in relation to this change.
Please note that fewer than 100 eligible investors or eligible investors who together hold at least 5% of the total value of units requested a vote on the proposed change. As a result, the change of responsible entity to Perpetual Trust Services Limited will proceed on 30 October 2026.
